This is a marvellous museum located in central Makati offering four levels of displays for you to enjoy. If you are into ancient treasures start off at the fourth floor where exhibits such as 'Gold Ancestors' and 'Crossboards of Civilization' promise to awe. Gold is the main focus here with over a 1000 gold artefacts on view; anklets, gold sashes, necklaces, rings and bracelets are just a few of the glittering objects. There are also Chinese and Southeast Asian ceramic-ware while the 'Boat Gallery' is quite a treat with displays of Chinese Galleons and replicas of all manner of water vessels. The museum is open all days of the week except for Monday and is definitely a must visit place when in Makati.

The Ayala Triangle

Located within a sub-district of the Makati CBD the Ayala Triangle is a park like enclosure located around Ayala Avenue, Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue. The Ayala Triangle Gardens is actually the park while the rest of the area comprises of international corporates some stylish restaurants and entertainment venues.
