Slang is always taking shape and evolving, from "on-fleek" to "Netflix and Chill", these 21 phrases have made it from the web to the streets and vice versa, and are still considered cool to use IRL (in real life) in 2016.

Usually followed with "hunty". This term is used to compliment a person who's makeup, hair and/ or outfit is on point. Ex: "Girl, that hair is snatched, hunty!"

A high pitched greeting, popularized by rapper Fetty Wap. Used when approaching your ride or die's oftentimes in large group settings. Ex: Girl enters mall, sees her girl group and yells, "SQUAD!!!"

A term usually preceeded with a place i.e: "Gym Flow, Church Flow, Work Flow." used to describe what you're doing, usually used as an instagram caption.

A term used to describe someone who does something without a care regardless of the consequence. Ex "I love this guy, he's such a savage, I can not believe he did that!"
