Looking for the best real estate marketing tools and apps for REALTORS? Here are our favorites for 2015, but please share yours!
This is one of the best (free) marketing tools we've found in 2015! As real estate agents, we know that you are bombarded with all the latest gadgets and apps, but SavvyCard is simple to set up and will help you easily connect with potential clients and your sphere in today's mobile environment. It's like having a business card on steroids!
As real estate agents, we often share relevant articles on Facebook and Twitter in order to stay top of mind with clients and potential clients. With Snip.ly, you can not only share those articles online and on social media, you can embed messages (i.e. your contact information!) into the articles you share. It's a great way to promote yourself and your real estate business as you share local news articles. This fun real estate app is also free!
We've been using an app called LightShot for the past few months and it's fantastic!
If you have a real estate blog or are active on social media, it is often a struggle to find the right image. With LightShot is so EASY to save a picture of your computer screen or a particular image or article online that you can use on your blog post or are FB post. All you have to do is snip a screenshot of selected area within seconds and save to your desktop. You can then share screenshots or photos via a short link and immediately post to social media sites. LightShot also allows you to edit the screenshot with arrows, text, shapes and highlighters. Pretty nifty!
LOVE Screencast-O-Matic! I've used it more than 50 times in the last few months. This free or low cost tool allows you to record your computer screen and your voice. I've been able to record a quick 2 minute how to video to show my virtual assistant how to update something online and it's wonderful because they can refer back to it if they have questions in the future. I've also created training videos for my team, an overview of our brokerage, listing services video for potential clients, real estate market updates, the list goes on and on.
Screencast-o-matic is also very user friendly and is perfect for those real estate agents who want to make some videos, but aren't quite ready to be in front of the camera yet!
Let's face it, most real estate agents are not graphic designers! Many Realtors struggle with this when marketing their listings and building their websites and exposure on social media sites. Thankfully, there is an easy and FREE solution. PicMonkey is an online tool (PicMonkey.com) that allows you to upload your photos and add text, borders, buttons and so much more.
This is probably my favorite real estate tool out there. I use it almost every day. Take a peek at the different collages I've made for my listings on PicMonkey.
Do you have a real estate team? Do you also generate lots of leads from multiple sources?
Follow Up Boss is a lifesaver! All of your website, Zillow, Trulia, home valuation and social media leads can feed directly into Follow Up Boss so they are in ONE place. From there, you can assign leads to the agents on the team, track their progress, manage the lead, enable custom drip campaigns for buyers and sellers and track your conversion results. There is so much more that this tool offers, so if you are looking for an all-in-one lead management solution, I highly recommend Follow Up Boss.
ClientLinkt allows real estate agents, teams and brokerages to build their own customized mobile app. Designed to keep agents top of mind, agents can share their team of trusted service providers (cleaning service, plumber, attorney, etc) while building their brand and generating referrals from past clients. Really a simple way to keep in touch AND you are one step closer to becoming your client's "realtor for life".
ClientLinkt also offers a team app for a reasonable annual fee (up to 20 agents).
