A strong social strategy is about more than collecting "likes" and "follows" ... and it's about more than sharing great content (though you need that, too). It's about figuring out how to get your audience engaged ... with you and with your content. How are you going to create true connections with these people?
Who are my customers and prospects, where do they hang out online, and what are they interested in hearing about...what info do they need or desire that my company or client can provide.

Listening to conversations online is important for several reasons, helps guide conversation and allows opportunity to respond to events or activities.
