In Rhode Island, almost 12.91% of their entire population used marijuana, which sums up to 107,000 individuals in the state.

Vermont is the only state in United States that has been consistent in the rankings of Marijuana use.

In Oregon, the number of users are adding up to 370,000.

In the last 2013 statistics, Columbia wasn’t even in the top ten marijuana use with first offenses, now ranked 5th with an almost 10.58% of its population using marijuana.

Montana summed up 81,000 marijuana users that represents 10.58% population of D.C.

Colorado has one of the many marijuana users that tally up to 400,000 individuals just within their state.

Washington has over half a million of its population using Marijuana.

Massachusetts is a runner up with a total of 475,000 marijuana users in their entire population
