When I shelled out thousands for braces for my three kids, and two months in, the orthodontist said their brushing was seriously lacking, I splurged and bought them all this toothbrush. The fact that it runs for two minutes keeps them brushing for as long as they should, and no more negative reports from the dentist or orthodontist. My oldest had been developing some gingivitis because his brushing wasn't adequate, but no more issues with that.
