SodaStream International Ltd. (NASDAQ: SODA) reported its third-quarter financial results before the markets opened on Wednesday. The company had $0.22 in earnings per share (EPS) on $110.0 million in revenue. That compared to Thomson Reuters consensus estimates of $0.21 in EPS on revenue of $111.74 million. In the same period of the previous year, the company posted EPS of $0.45 and $125.90 million in revenue.

SSIPL retail Ltd, formerly known as Moja Shoes has now refiled its IPO papers to the SEBI. This footwear manufacturer has planned to raise fund in the market through initial public offering as one of its investor Tano Capital will not be continuing with the company hereafter. This Delhi based firm is filing the Draft red herring prospectus for the third time now. Already the firm has submitted the papers for going public in the early years but has withdrawn the papers soon as there were so many other reasons. Now the firm is believed to be entering in to the market soon.

Japan is now preparing for the largest IPO in the history after the year 2014. This is probably the largest IPO that the world has ever seen, says the sources. It was Alibaba Group Holdings Ltd that has made a bench mark in the world IPO history in the year 2014. After that, the Japan Postal service IPO is going to be the largest. It is believed that this idea of privatizing the Japan post service would bring a new rise to the country. The privatization of Japan postal service definitely will help the country to revive itself from the 20 years slump.

The container shipping company Hapag Llyod has recently fixed the final price for their shares. The company has announced the share price through a report that has all details regarding their IPO. The final share price was fixed at $21.91. This is the lower end of book building range. The company has also told that they have raised a fund of $300 million through the initial public offering already.

The Marriott Starwood merger is the first big union within the hospitality industry, though it comes on the heels of a recent uptick in consolidation activity.
