SodaStream Falls on Weak Top-Line Results

SodaStream International Ltd. (NASDAQ: SODA) reported its third-quarter financial results before the markets opened on Wednesday. The company had $0.22 in earnings per share (EPS) on $110.0 million in revenue. That compared to Thomson Reuters consensus estimates of $0.21 in EPS on revenue of $111.74 million. In the same period of the previous year, the company posted EPS of $0.45 and $125.90 million in revenue.

According to the people who have more knowledge on this, the bank has locked this big chunk of fund from the cornerstone investor during the volatile behavior of the market. SSIPL, A PE backed Footwear Retailer Refiles IPO

SSIPL retail Ltd, formerly known as Moja Shoes has now refiled its IPO papers to the SEBI. This footwear manufacturer has planned to raise fund in the market through initial public offering as one of its investor Tano Capital will not be continuing with the company hereafter. This Delhi based firm is filing the Draft red herring prospectus for the third time now. Already the firm has submitted the papers for going public in the early years but has withdrawn the papers soon as there were so many other reasons. Now the firm is believed to be entering in to the market soon.
