To see patient reviews on the Intermountain Healthcare web site start at the Find a Doctor page, search for a physician profile, then scroll to the bottom so see their 5 star ratings and patient comments.
The North Shore-LIJ Medical Group is a multi-specialty group practice with more than 2,000 world-class physicians. To find patient reviews search using the Find a Doctor menu and when you arrive at the physician search results click on his/her name. A new window will open and you will see that some, but not all, of the physicians have an "Overall Patient Satisfaction Score" based on a 5 star rating system plus the number of ratings and patient comments are shown too.
The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center shows patient reviews right on search results page. Of all the hospitals on this UPMC is unique in that it provides an explanation of why some physicians have no Patient Satisfaction Reviews.
Physician ratings can be accessed from all parts of the Cleveland Clinic web site. Click on the Fina a Doctor tab in navigation bar and start your search. Patient Satisfaction Ratings are based on a 5 star system with number of ratings and links to comments available for viewing on the search results and individual profile pages. Like UPMC an explanation is provided for physicians with not reviews or ratings.
Rush University Medical Center reviews can also be found starting on the Find a Doctor section. Physicians who have ratings display a single gold star on the search results pages. Once at the individual profiles Patient Feedback is measures using a 5 star rating system and a Patient Feedback tab display the number of patient surveys. According to Rush University Medical Center "Patient feedback information is available for physicians employed by Rush University Medical Center who have received 30 or more patient surveys".
