This is Apple's main website to explain all things iPad being used in education. There are some great examples of ways to use the iPads in the classrooms.

This website also has an iPad app. There are thousands of videos and modules explaining nearly every topic imaginable. If you have a student struggling in a specific topic, you can find a video or module (several videos with assignments) that will match their needs. The student then watches the video(s), works through the module, and typically gain proficiency in that topic. The great thing about it, is if the student doesn't understand the concept, they can re-watch the video over and over again until they do understand.
