I would have the students use the app to do an interactive book report showing different parts of the book and explaining their thoughts on it. I would use this with a 5th grade or higher class and this would be a create rather than consume.

We loved it … A definite must download! I would use this app to help engage my students though gaming to learn their math concepts. I believe this could be good for students 3rd and up and this is a consumption rather than a creative app

Many children have a special attraction for the creatures that inhabit the vast oceans of the world, including whales, sharks, manatees, and dolphins. Sea Urchins Magazine is a relatively new publication that is dedicated to these animals, their habitat, and their survival. This would be wonderful to explore in an earth science class in 3-6th grade. This is a consumption rather than creative app.
