10 Things You Should Do Every Day Before 10 AM

Here is a list of things we should all try to do every morning.

We all know we should meditate, but our days just go so fast with so many things to do. Meditation does not have to be long. Just sitting quiet for at least 5 minutes can be considered your meditation .

You can spend the first 2 minutes focusing on what's important about this day, and then try to go deeper, clear your mind for a minute or 2, and you're done. See, that was easy. Don't fear the meditation.

This can be a part of your meditation. Take a minute to tell yourself the things that your are grateful for in your life. If you live with others you can also let them know how much you appreciate having them in your life.
You'll be surprised the power this little daily task can hold.

Choose 3 things you want to accomplish for the day. This will really help you to organize your priorities and focus on what's really important.

As you're setting your intentions, be sure to give yourself some breathing time in between tasks. This padded time can ease the flow of your day and even give you some extra time for some mid-day reflection.

Your body awakens dehydrated. The morning is the most important time of the day to replenish the system with some fresh, clean water. Before you go for that coffee, which is dehydrating, try some water. Even better, put some lemon in that water.

You will be hard-pressed to find anyone who doesn’t wake up feeling a bit stiff. It isn’t always easy to incorporate exercise into a morning routine. If you were going to choose one thing, the American Journal of Sports Medicine suggests adding a short muscle-stretching sequence of exercises to your morning schedule.

LISTEN TO MUSIC

There's no better way to get in a good groove of the day than by putting on some nice music. While you're preparing breakfast, put on some tunes to get you in a good mood and get that body moving.

Turn that morning frown upside down. Just smiling alone can help thoughts to be more positive. Warning: Smiles are also contagious and may rub off on those around you too.

It's always nice to come home to a clean house. Take a few minutes to do those last dishes and pick up those clothes off the floor. You'll look forward to coming home to a nice, clean, organized home and you'll save yourself time preparing for a relaxing evening.

Don't leave your difficult tasks to the middle of the day. New things will pop up and you will be tired. Get a fresh jump on the most difficult tasks. You can always revisit this task to polish it up throughout the day.
