Joliet Junior College hosted a round table discussion led by Illinois Deputy Secretary Christopher Lu and Congressman Bill Foster to discuss the workforce skills gap and what agencies are doing to close it. Elected officials as well as representatives from local companies, government agencies and educators attended this afternoon’s event.
