Shenzen nature is heaven to nature lovers. Shenzhen Xianhu Botanic Garden (Fairy Lake Botanical Garden) is home to thousands of species of plants. That land is stretched across 10,000 square metres (107,600 square feet). In this garden, you are not only being treated to a scenic escape, but it is also a workspace for scientific research, education and tourism. The garden is divided into six main divisions including a temple area, a desert landscape and a petrified forest.

And if you are passionate about golf, here is someplace where you can chill. Shenzhen is already known as one of the top golf destinations in China. The city shelters a large number of courses, including mainstream golf venues located in beautiful natural surroundings. The golf courses are very much noteworthy for its hilly terrains.

Take the family on a thrill ride

If you are travelling with family, then they deserve good adventure. Most children love to have some adventure. For them, Shenzhen Happy Valley exists. This is a theme park where you can have mor than 100 rides, games and shows in nine distinctive areas. If you want some educational experience for your kid, try out Splendid China Folk Village. There you can sample the cultures of China's various provinces and ethnic groups. And the Window of the World is there with a replica park with miniature reproductions of 130 of the world's most famous and impressive monuments which include Giza's pyramids, the Eiffel Tower and the Taj Mahal.
