Akshaya Patra NGO in Maharashtra is setting up centralised kitchen for the mid-day meal in Maharashtra for ashram shalas with the support of Maharashtra Government and Tata Trust.
The pilot project is expected to launch in Mundhegaon in Nashik on 1Akshaya Patra has signed a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Maharashtra Government and the Tata Trust to facilitate the setting up of a centralised kitchen project in the state that will provide wholesome food to Ashram-Shalas.
