The Helpline offers free, confidential information and referrals for alcohol and drug problems. We provide personalized phone services in any language from 8:00am to 10:00pm Monday-Friday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday-Sunday. Bay State Community Services, Inc. (BSCS) is one of the most comprehensive community-based human service agencies in the state. The purpose of BSCS is to improve the social functioning of adults, adolescents, and children within a framework that recognizes the primary importance of family and community. Most programs offer help based on need, regardless of ability to pay. Intervention programs seek to prevent the further dependency on alcohol and other drugs, impact teens and adults charged with alcohol and drug-related offenses and/or violent behavior.
