Yoga, all about yoga types and so many things
For those who wish to practice yoga in extreme conditions, reviving the true Hindu climate, hot yoga is the right choice for them. This type of yoga includes both high temperatures and humidity, in order to form the perfect conditions for yoga practice and fitness that will target each part of the human body.

Iyengar yoga represents a yoga practice which was named, and also developed, by B.K.S. Iyengar. This is actually a form of Hatha yoga, with additional emphasis on detail, alignment and precision in performance of breath control (pranayama) and postures (asanas). Through the practiced asanas, the development of mobility, stability and strength is achieved.
Anusara yoga represents a successor of a modern style of hatha yoga and it is originally started by an American-born teacher called John Friend. John Friend started the Anusara yoga school in 1997, deriving the style from Iyengar yoga and reintroducing the elements of Hindu spirituality in combination with wester yoga aproach.
