Cosplayful.com has been around for a very long time. It's a very reliable place for cosplay costumes that I recommend to everyone. Their costume quality is phenomenal and their customer service is top notch. Their price is most of the time cheaper than other vendors too.

This is the market place to trade cosplay costumes. You can buy new here (commission for hire). Or you can pick up some second hand ones, if you're in luck, for relatively cheap.
I cannot find their "about us"page on their website. But they've been around for quite long. Their price is a bit high. But in my opinion they have a very large selection.
For cosplay costumes, you want it to be tailored by actual tailors. The Etsy.com is the right place to shop for it. Just type in search and checkout the existing work.
It also has a large selection. The shipping process takes long and they don't have free shipping.
