On February 14, 2016, HCCB, Jain Irrigation and the Agriculture Marketing Department of the Government of Maharashtra entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Project Orange “Unnati” at the ‘Make in India Week’. The initiative aims to establish a juice manufacturing facility to support orange farmers in the Vidarbha region. It is expected to benefit 5,000 farmers with an average landholding of two acres each. The signing took place in the presence of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis. Daudi, Mardanpur, Mokhamal (Betul), December 15, 2015: Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., in partnership with Action for Social Advancement (ASA), had launched a large Integrated Watershed Management Project in Betul district on the occasion of World Water Day'2015. Since the launch of the project, 08 farm ponds, 03 check dams and 01 earthen dams have been constructed. Of the 08 farm ponds, 03 in Daudi village, 02 in Bela village, and 01 each in Mardanpur, Pathakheda and Dhaniyajan villages have been constructed. Of the three check dams, 02 in Mardanpur and 01 in Jamali village have been constructed. 01 earthen dam has been constructed in Daudi village. Work is in progress to construct 10 dugwells.

First batch of Tailoring trade at Career Development Centre (CDC) at Yadgir got completed and observed certification day on 16th June at CDC Saidapur. Total 26 students completed the course and were given the completion certificate on that day.
