Karon Viewpoint

The clearly blue skies combined with the sparkling blue ocean makes the Karen viewpoint a place from paradise. Known formerly as the Kata viewpoint this destination is among the most popular and most attractive locations in all of Phukets West coast. Located between the famous Kata and Nai Harn beaches, the Karon viewpoint is an easily accessible destination that is perfect to spend a few hours tranquilizing the mind.

Phuket Big Buddha

A symbol of serenity and spirituality, the 45 meter tall statue of Lord Buddha looms from the Nakkerd hills making one of the most striking landmarks in the island. This famous Big Buddha is located between Wat Chalong and the Chalong Circle and is best visited during sunrise when the glowing sun casts golden rays that illuminates the area in the most picture perfect manner.

Phang Na Bay

The towering limestone outcrops from the emerald brackish bay waters looks as though it fell from another world giving it an appearance of true majesty. Phang Nga Bay is undoubtedly among the most unique locations in the world. Occupying a total of 400 sq km area, this maritime park features an array of caves, mangrove forests, lagoons and the most unique collection of flora and fauna.

Siliman Islands

These rocky islands are not exactly in Phuket. In fact the Siliman islands are precisely about 119 kilometers away from Phuket and are one of the most exquisite spots in all of Thailand. A visit to southern Thailand is not complete without indulging in a day to trip to this group of nine islands that belong to the Phang Nga Province. Uninhabited and unspoiled, the Similan islands are nothing short of perfect. You even find in one of the islands a rangers park where visitors can stay overnight.

Promthepe Cape

Another island attraction in Phuket, the Promthepe cape is one of the most photographed spots in Phuket. The area makes up the southernmost tip of the island and offers exquisite 180 degree views of the magnificent ocean and the three pristine islands nearby. The Promthepe cape offers guests fantastic photo opportunities and has an adventurous dirt track that leads to the most stunning point in the island.

This is again a group of another six islands that are found somewhere in the middle of Phuket and Krabi town. Apart from pristine coastlines the Phi Phi islands also has a set of attractions all of which are known for its picturesque scenic appeal.
