This is an Everyman list. We all only have one thing to do: live the life we're given. Here's how to come to terms with being YOU each and every day of your life!

And suddenly, here we are. With way too many Mondays and never enough Fridays. Somewhere life became all about Monday.

How did that happen? When did we get on the fast track and forget to live? How is this even possible?

So we try to remind ourselves...

with little mantras, hoping that these maxims will help us feel better.
