When is the last time you met someone that told you they loved their job?
Sure, most all people are thankful to have a job. But just because you recognize that having a job is a good thing to have, it doesn’t mean you are happy with your job. Sometimes, we even land our dream job—only to find we’re still not fulfilled.
There are many contributing factors to workplace satisfaction. If you hate your job, it’s likely due to one of the following:
Bad Management/Coworkers
Overworked
Underpaid
Undervalued

Feeling undervalued and underappreciated. They all lead to bad morale. They all sink your spirits and make it difficult to stay motivated and on task.
