An LMS from Woothemes. Works great with Woocommerce shopping cart. Seamless integration into certain Woothemes themes, but I did find it difficult to merge with the Genesis theme I was using when I had it. Lot of newer features, quizzing options, student management, course analytics, upload assignments and more.

I haven't tried it but the ratings seem to fair well on the Wordpress.org site.
