This is done by grabbing the big toe and gently pulling it to proper alignment, hold this position for 10 to 15 seconds and repeat as several times.

Place a small towel around your toes and pull. Hold for a few seconds and repeat. This stretches the tendons and ligaments of your feet. Also, you can use your toes to push against the towel for some resistance exercise to strengthen your foot muscles.
