Hand of Fate Reviews

Here is a list of reviews for Hand of Fate 1.0
IGN - Hand of Fate Review
Reviewed on PC and Xbox One Bandits are such punks. There I am, minding my own business as I mosey down a typical dark, wooded pathway, when suddenly boulders start falling down toward my head like Louisiana rain. Luckily I survive.
Metacritic: Hand of Fate
In Hand of Fate, players collect equipment, items, artifacts and enemies as in-game collectible cards in a card based RPG; then play their deck, bringing to video game life a beautiful 3D world in which gamers make difficult decisions. Sometimes their choices have unexpected consequences and players must crush their foes utilizing a third person action-adventure combat system.
Game Revolution: Hand of Fate Review
Destined for greatness. I normally refrain from writing this word because it's casually overused to the point of losing all meaning, but Hand of Fate is indelibly unique. No, not in the "everything is a special snowflake" sort of way. I mean in the way that I haven't seen anything like it and probably never will again.
Tech Gaming: Hand of Fate review
Since their inception, games have struggled to offer a seamless simulation of reality. Visual representation has evolved from blobs of blocky pixels to near photorealism, while audio has advanced from simple chirps into convincing, multi-channeled high-fidelity soundscapes. Likewise, input schemes have progressed from simple, single-button joysticks to movement-sensing cameras so precise that they can purportedly measure our heartrate.

Game Insider: Hand of Fate Review: Arkham Asylum Encounters Collectible Cards RPG Action
Why try new things? If you look at any screen shots of Hand of Fate it looks like a card game (ccg) in the vein of Magic the Gathering or Hearthstone. Hand of Fate is not a card game at all. Hand of Fate is a choose your own adventure book brought to life with RPG and rougelite elements.
This is XBox: Hand of Fate review
Rougelike, CCG, Action Adventure...... Hand of Fate is wonderfully unique, taking on the guise of a Rougelike mixed with a Fighting Fantasy novel, Batman Arkham series combat, and card collecting. It's a wide casting of the net, picking up a collection of genres, and they meld together remarkably well, enhancing the sense of adventure and the enjoyment of the experience through great design that's fascinating to play through.
