Located on "the Strip" on the campus of the University of Tennessee (and just a few minutes from downtown), Sunspot is a great place to enjoy not only a good meal, but a good atmosphere. Drinks specials are an added bonus, and Wednesday night is a locals' fave - half of bottles of wine. But come early to grab a table, because it'll be packed. Several good vegan options, including at brunch, and they have a vegan menu to make it easier to find what you're looking for.
