I've recently become obsessed with mason jars, and I'm ready to start making some of the ideas that I see. These are just a handful of some of the top Mason Jar Gifts that I love!
Some of my favorites are "gifts for her" - I saw a lot of these around the holidays as "last minute gifts", but I would love to receive - or make - these any time of year !!!
I love this one - as a beginner I would get a pretty new mason jar, stuff it with cotton balls, and then add a nail polish I know the recipient would love, along with other manicure tools. You could do this VERY cheaply yet still cute - there's lots of cute manicure tools at places like Dollar General, Dollar Tree and Five below. Don't forget nail polish remover - sample bottle or remover pads (I've bought some at Rite Aid for less than $0.50 cents a piece that work really well). You could also buy a more "upscale" or personalized manicure kit and nail polish to put in the jar. Finally, after tying ribbon and a tag to the outside of the jar, you have the perfect gift for girly girls of all ages!
I've also seen pedicures in mason jars, as well as mani/pedi ones!
The possibilities are endless for this one. All it takes is a clear mason jar and a trip to the drugstore or dollar store. You can tailor them based on the likes of your intended recipient, even down to color matching. This would also be a good time to hit the samples section of these stores, as well as places like Bath & Body Works - they always seem to have sales going on.
Here's just some ideas for the Spa In A Jar:
What I love the most about these crafty gifts are the pin cushions on top - how cute is that? You could literally go and buy one of those little mini sewing kits (or a couple different ones) to start, and add more thread, tape measure, buttons, etc.
This "Holiday" Survival Kit theme could also work for other "survival kit" themes!
This is a great idea for Valentine's day, which is right around the corner!
BBQ sauce in a jar is a great gift for HIM for Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, or any time of year: for example, as a "host(ess)" gift for a summer BBQ!
What a perfect gift for any occassion - it just sounds so sweet to pick some wildflowers and give them as a gift in a mason jar. So simple, yet so sweet.
I've also seen tons of ways to decorate mason jars with paint, glitter, etc. so you could also get as "professional" as you want.
I personally think that flowers look better in these mason jars than in regular vases!
While this candy gift jar is absolutely perfect for Valentine's Day, mason jars filled with candy can be a great surprise for any holiday!
