Maryland Independent Living Services The Maryland Independent Living Services or Ready By 21 Services provides independent living preparation services to older youth in out-of-home placement (14 to 21 years of age) in preparation for adulthood. The goal of the Ready By 21 Services is to assist youth to make a successful transition from out-of-home placement to self-sufficiency.
Maryland Disability Law Center (MDLC) is the designated Protection and Advocacy agency for the State of Maryland, mandated to advance the civil rights of people with disabilities. We are a non-profit legal services organization.
