Len joined Centrica in 2002 as a member of the Corporate Strategy & Development team based in London, England. Len came to Direct Energy in 2005 as Head of Corporate Strategy and then joined Direct Energy Services in 2010 where he managed the water heater rental business. Prior to joining Centrica, Len was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company, a global management consultancy.
Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. When not at work, Len enjoys spending time with his two children, as well as skiing and rowing.
