Whether snapping double-tap worthy images of their personal style for Instagram or reporting the international runway's top looks, bloggers seem to be dominating the fashion world. With a focus on menswear, womenswear or personal style, these online influencers have introduced an entirely different way for the modern shopper to find outfit inspiration with a personal flair.

The International Textile and Apparel Association (ITAA) Annual Conference Design Competition held in Charlotte, NC November 12-16, 2014 announced awards at their Live Gallery Exhibition show on Saturday November 15th. The event was attended by over 500 Fashion/Apparel Educators, Students and Industry Professionals from the US and abroad.

If you follow models on Instagram, your feed was probably filled with looks from the Victoria's Secret and Chanel fashion shows. In London, a Taylor Swift, scantily clad in lingerie, seemed to be everyone's BFF with kissy faces to go around, while in Austria, Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner walked the Chanel runway holding hands.

Somerset House is set to play host to the fabulous 'Fashioning Winter' exhibition this month and as part of a series of curated displays that explore the history of winter style and leisure, London-based writer and author of international bestseller How to Walk in High Heels, Camilla Morton, will be examining the relationship between narrative and fashion.
