Easy Boneless Roast Lamb with Roasted Potatoes and Tomatoes

This easy and scrumptious fudge will become a holiday tradition served with Christmas Pasta and Caprese Salad. Kids love to help out with this recipe, and you can make extra for holiday, hostess and teacher's gifts.

Caprese Salad

This salad is a simple but elegant dish with a taste that everyone will enjoy – it's great for entertaining!

Christmas Pasta

From Rachael: "We eat fish on Christmas Eve, no meat allowed. After Midnight Mass, all bets are off! We make this sauce for Christmas Day – you can't fit another meat in the pot! As many times as you reheat it, it just gets that much better, so if people are coming and going throughout the day, cook off only as much pasta as you need at the time. I suggest pairing this with Caprese Salad."

Mini Twice-Baked Potatoes

These little taters are stuffed with bacon, cheese and sour cream. What's not to love?! Plus, they go great with Stuffed Pork Tenderloin.
