Here's a bunch of my favourite things to eat and drink in other countries, that we sadly don't have in Australia.
1
Trader Joe's peanut butter pretzels: California
There's plenty of stuff I don't love about America but, I'll tell you what, they sure know how to combine peanut butter with stuff to make it awesome.
2
Tortilla de Patata: Madrid
Granted, I could make this myself, but at the mercado in Madrid you can buy a slab for less than €3
3
Ruavieja Liqueur: Madrid
Apparently this is Brandy. All I know is, it's the tastiest herby, spicy liquor I've ever shottied after dinner (it's a popular digestive). Maybe you can get this in Australia. Ohhhh.... that would be so good!
4
Pisco sour: Peru
The best egg cocktail in all the world. Apparently it's Peruvian, but I had it in Spain. Again, I could make it myself back home in Australia but I BET there's not many bars I could order one in. What a damn shame.
