The Vamo V5 APV Mod is a great first mod. it has all the features you would want, OLED display, OHMS Checker and at a good price.

I may be a little unfair here but this was my first Mod and I loved it, It had a very long battery life, almost 2 days, it can charge you phone if you need it too. I wouldnt advfice it but its a feature. Plus all the other things you would want, OHMS Reader, and such, and again and a good price.

This is the one that you will spend around a hundo for. Its nice don't get me wrong and a ton of people said its a great first VV/VW Mod so. If you can afford it its worth checking out.
Sigelei ZMAX V5 is a great choice. Middle of the road price. It doesn't have a build in battery so you could see that as a good thing or bad thing. I think good personally.
