They understand that the client’s needs and wants are an absolute priority and they dont push their products and services onto someone who neither wants them or needs them. They do listen so that they can tailor what they are offering to suit the person.
They use online methods to generate leads into their business, and spend time teaching themselves new skills all the time.
They are not a know it all who has been there done that. They take a fresh approach to how they do things, and they are flexible. They are coachable.
They completely trust in and believe the products they are selling and would be comfortable talking to everyone they know about it because of this. They are well informed on their products and they know the finer details on them.
Nothing is too hard for a good lead generator. They understand that problems are an opportunity to demonstrate their creativity and their willingness to do WHATEVER IT TAKES!
They know that in order to get a yes, they need to get past a certain number of nos. They also understand that it’s not about them, and they are able to completely remove ego out of their responses when they do get rejected. They also bounce back fast from rejection.
If their targets have not been met, they will analyse their own behaviours and look at improving their success without blaming external factors.
