The vast majority of electronic products today would not have been possible were it not for an invention in 1936 which changed the way electronic products would be manufactured from that point onwards. The invention is the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and it is at the heart of almost every electrical device or piece of equipment that you have come into contact with.
A lot of companies that produce electronic products do not have the capacity to produce all the components themselves. Putting up the required technology to produce the chips and the PCBs is quite costly and not every company's piece of cake.
