When presenting, whether as an emcee or as a speaker, avoid saying the word " break" until the instant you take one. I know you've heard, "We have just a couple more items before we take our break." Worse, you may have heard, "Bear with me as we get through these last slides before we take a break."
You nailed it! You prepped, you practiced, you performed, and you gave an excellent presentation. Now it's time for Questions and Answers. Don't give a professional-quality presentation and then follow it with an amateur Q&A session.
