Mostly played outdoors, this is a sport that is played on a badminton sized court using a hand woven ball. Traditional in nature, the Sepak Takraw is played by three players on each side of a five-foot high net who gets three chances to kick, knee, shoulder, or head the ball back to the opposing team. The sport is also popular played indoors in most hotels and resorts.
A very popular international indoor sport, billiards is offered as a facility in most of the Phuket accommodations. It is not hard to master this game but requires a bit of aiming while hitting the colored balls to their respective brackets.
And finally there are the indoor board games that one can never really get tired of playing. Chess, carom, darts and what not are all once again quite popularly and convenient offered in the islands many hotels and resorts.
