Project Management Interviews on Twitter

Here is the very first of my project management interview series on Twitter. Each week (Thursdays at 1700 GMT +1), I will conduct either the "Project Management Affairs" (#PMaffairs) or the "Project Management for Africa" (#PM4Af) Interview on Twitter. This week, I conducted the #PM4Af Interview on " Social Media and Project Management in Africa " with Linky van der Merwe.

In today's competitive global market, getting a proper project management training is one the sure ways of obtaining the necessary knowledge needed to get ahead over your rivals or fellow competitors. So this week, I interviewed a UK-based Project Management Trainer and Consultant on the " Case and Importance of Project Management Training," and he's no other than Ron Rosenhead.

I have had some persons in Africa ask me about the importance of project management certifications and if the certification can boost their career here in Africa as it does in the western world. Whenever they post such questions to me, I always try my best to inform them of the benefits and importance of being a certified Project Manager.

Here is the 4th of my project management interview series on Twitter and it was on the case and importance of " Communication and Collaboration in Project Management." Communication and collaboration are two very critical factors that must be considered in any given project.
