Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven or heavy soup pot over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, working in batches if necessary, and cook until well browned on each side, about 3 minutes per side.

I know we'll adapt this recipe as my daughter doesn't like red sauce. Stay tuned for my version. But, you may enjoy this with the red sauce.
