A review of cafes in Bangalore

When I'm out and feeling upbeat, a nearby cafe is where I'd like to be at--as a cafe is more than just a coffee. Right now, I'm on a quest to go to as many cafes as possible in Bangalore city and review them. Here are those cafes I've been to so far and I'll be including their Zomato links (if available).

Courtyard Cafe

I'd been here a little over an year ago. Loved the location, ambiance, liked the staff. Oh the food? Its simply brilliant and overwhelming--every penny I paid was worth it. I would like to go again and see how much they've improved.

The Up Cycle Cafe

A visit here with my boyfriend proved simply wonderful. The setting inside is simple, yet absolutely a delight. There are various comics perched on special bookshelves on either side--though there aren't many of these. Great music, warm staff and I've taken a special liking to the furniture here. Food is downright awesome, tasty and fills you up. The pricing is very reasonable, too--I was surprised at that!

Cafe Coffee Day - Basaveshwaranagar

An overall review for them would be: could do better. My memory of going here is a good one, but was left in horror over the bill. Sure, all CCDs are known to be expensive, but the sheer silliness in the pricing took me aback for there wasn't much quality in the food as its price demanded. Ambiance, music and staff make up for this as they're just fine.

Caffe Pascucci - Jayanagar

We'd ordered the simple ensemble of a pizza and pasta. We weren't made to frown on any account an thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Would give a four on a scale of five!
