The Angkor Night Market off Siwatha Street in Siem Reap, is not only a popular shopping destination but offers food and beverage outlets and a host of other entertainments.

240 shops are engaged in retailing Khmer crafts from handmade silk fabrics featuring traditional techniques and motifs, hand woven cotton fabrics, clothing, T shirts, Cambodian handicrafts such as dyed and natural coloured reed ware, wicker and rattan products, pottery, paintings and photographs, jewellery, silverware, wood and stone carvings, lacquer ware and collectibles. Some shops also sell crafts made by local people. The market is open daily from 4 pm to 12 mid night. The well designed space offers a stress free environment conducive to long hours of strolling and rummaging around. Haggling over prices is an accepted practice. Start or end the evening here or come back for a few shots while shopping. Brick House Bar and Island Bar are the main watering holes at the Night Market. Both offer fun evenings. The Brick House bar a thatched open sided brick structure sports bamboo furniture and offers a wide range of beverages, a pool table, live sports broadcasts and live music. The Island Bar, the other bar in the complex, in addition to its wide selection of beverages offers a garden setting and a dinner menu. Both bars offer a laid back relaxing ambience necessary as a counter measure to sultry summer evenings. Both bars can be reserved for celebrations. There is also a shisha bar for any other sort of relaxation.

The Angkor Night Market's food court has something for everyone, Food choices here range from burgers to Chinese food and other international, Asian and Khmer cuisine and a selection of innovative beverages and deserts. For instance a Khmer Banana – chocolate pancake is a cheap and popular desert offered here. Many say that it is quite addictive. Free wifi is available at the food court and around the market.
