This road is the only state highway on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts (at least according to the MassDOT Road Inventory Map). It begins at the Coffin Rotary and goes east for about 6.5 miles to Siasconset Village. Most of Milestone Road and the adjacent bike path were resurfaced a few years ago using ARRA funds.
