The nonconformance originated in this module can ultimately be used in Corrective/Preventive Action Module in order to eliminate deficiencies in future as continuous improvement opportunity.

I find that the most misunderstood part of the ISO 9001 standard is the section: 8.5.2 & 8.5.3 on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) , which is the engine for continual improvement, and consequently, growth.
