The morning mist clears lazily as it slowly reveals the untouched landscape of the 8 kilometer long Magdalene Fjord. Situated on the northwest coast of the island Spitsbergen (Norway) we find ourselves less than 1000 kilometres away from the icy North Pole.

For seven nights we explored fjords and skied virgin terrain while living aboard the Jonathan IV. The trip was incredible and we put together a promo video for Ice Axe in thanks for our invitation.
