Ein Gebäude, dem offenbar mal nicht der Abriss bevorsteht. Die denkmalgeschützte Halle soll langfristig saniert werden. Nachtrag April2011: Offenbar beherbergte die Halle ursprünglich eine Kesselfabrik der Fa. Koch. Inzwischen soll das Gebäude abgerissen worden sein, da wohl ein Verfahren zum Denkmalschutz gescheitert ist (Danke an blueball1970 für die Infos).
