What to keep away from your rabbit

Having a pet rabbit means a LOT of responsibility though most folks think otherwise. It'd be best for you AND your bun-bun if these things are avoided.

1

Paper documents

Paper documents

Its OKAY for rabbits to chew on paper and even eat them! BUT its very important that they don't chew up your official or important documents. Keep them in a very safe place before things go out of hand!

2

Clothes

Clothes

Give your buns old unused clothes to keep themselves warm or to chew up for fun. Just be careful to not end up like Cinderella here by giving them access to your personal wardrobe! Curtains, too!

3

Bunny wires

Bunny wires

Keep ALL wires AWAY from your bunny. They're bad for you, your house and of course the little rabbit!

4

Everyday food

Everyday food

There's a good reason why pet-specific foods exist. NEVER feed your rabbits the food you or other animals eat. This can be easily fatal!! MEAT must be never given

5

Animals

Animals

Rabbits are prey animals and get scared--even to death--very easily. Cats and dogs' instinct is to hunt rabbits and thus KEEP CATS AND DOGS AWAY . However, if supervised and trained carefully, they might be good friends.

6

Dust

Dust

Dust is a major NO-NO. You can't help the environmental dust but you sure can keep your rabbit's paths clean, yeah? They can contract infections and diseases form the dust.

7

Flies

Flies

Flies can really be very bad or fatal for rabbits. Make sure to clean the rabbit's cage and its things well often to prevent flies from getting attracted!

8

Beverages or other liquid

Beverages or other liquid

Just because you feel sorry that you can't give your bun-bun human food DOES NOT mean that you can feed any other juice or beverage or such liquid there is. This is bad! Water is ONLY allowed. And pineapple juice is also allowed if the rabbit has poop-problems.
