A day in Portovenere. Testing underwater, found a rocky ground, some silver colour fishes. Despite shooting at dusk, under a cloudy sky, I got some nice footage with good lighting. Take a look, It´s an amazing place.
23 September 2011 There was no accommodation available in Manarola or any of the other villages, so we ended up staying in La Spezia. We were very pleased we did as it is a real town rather than a tourist town and a great base for exploring Cinque Terre (see previous video) and Porto Venere.
Porto Venere, also spelled as one name Portovenere, is not to be confused with Portofino which is south of Levanto. We took the ferry from Levanto north to Porto Venere, an easy day trip by boat and well worth the excursion.
