Camp For All

“Camp For All is a unique, barrier free camp working in partnership with other non-profits to enrich the lives of children and adults with challenging illnesses or special needs and their families throughout the year” (Camp for All).

Easter Seals Camping and Recreation

"Easter Seals is the largest provider of recreation and camping services for people with disabilities in the country. Even with civil rights legislation prohibiting it, people with disabilities are regularly excluded from typical recreation opportunities. Easter Seals programs provide an opportunity for children and adults to participate in extracurricular, educational, and personal development activities" (Easter Seals).

Easter Seals provides barrier free recreation and camping services for people with disabilities. Through extracurricular, educational, and personal development activities, Easter Seals recreation programs include sports and fitness activities, after school play, Saturday-night social gatherings and community outings. Not only are their programs fun, but they also meet other important objectives, including easier adjustment to new environments, a greater sense of personal satisfaction, and personal habits that lead to a healthy lifestyle.
