Rock Music of the 80′s Music in the 1980s was all about image and with the advent and popularity of MTV, the images that accompanied artists became more important than ever. When it came to music during the decade, nothing was understated, not the sound, not the fashion, not even the charity.
Bow Wow Wow have always been just a band that only a few people have heard of , let alone listened to, but they have always deserved a lot more than this.
I saw this movie when it came out in theaters, in Hinsdale, Illinois, of all places. I count myself lucky, because it didn't play in too many places nor for too long. This is a really joyous and upbeat kind of multi-purpose movie. Put it on when you're feeling blue.

I remember seeing "Words" on MTV so many years ago when I was very young and thought it was pretty weird. I saw "Words" on MTV recently and thought it was pretty weird. But the music on Spring Session M is so well crafted and performed such that I think it's one of the most influential albums of the period.
OK, so she's (Rindy Ross) a saxophone playing school teacher who made it big in the early 80′s. Aside from that, this is an awesome CD! No 80′s collection is complete without it. And for the record, or is it CD, this disc has the full version of 'Find Another Fool'.
This song "Total Control"is basically a sexy female singing (or wailing) over a throbbing guitar and bass backup. Fortunately, the lyrics are not over-written and you're left with serious female horniness. "Nobody can do it quite like The Motels."

This is a good live recording especially with Freddy Fender. I grew up in the 60′s listening to the 60′s rock and the song She's About A Mover was 1 of my favorite songs back then and that was the origional recording.

I saw The Tubes for the first time about six months after this album was recorded, and the show was just beyond description (especially for a 17-year-old!). It completely changed the way I thought about rock music, and completely changed my standards for what a good rock performance should look and sound like.
