Abbots Way, the latest creation by AR Design Studio, is a stunning five bedroom house. Bordered by mature trees and a small lake, this spectacular house creates feelings of ultimate relaxation and privacy, whilst its contemporary design juxtaposes superbly with its beautifully rural location, on the south coast of England.

The famous seagull villa "Residencia Rockstar" by Alberto Rubio is set on a spacious plot on a quiet and rocky hill-top in Puerto Andratx, Mallorca, Spain. From its elevated position, it enjoys a fantastic panoramic out to the sea and towards the Island of Ibiza.

When you become particular in house types aside from it being modern-inspired, you'd think of a narrowed down choice and that could be the so-called Modern Concrete House. There could seem to have not much differences when even when you call just call it Modern but it's good to be specific.

It stands on a plot situated on a longitudinal north-south axis that brings sunlight into all the rooms. The slope of the land allows all the storeys to have an issue to the outside. The entire architecture appears framed within an exceptional environment: a garden of generous dimensions continues the harmonious lines of the construction, like a soft rug dotted with abundant planters and flowerbeds.

This house is a dwelling of generous proportions developed over a single story to facilitate the indoor-outdoor connection. Surrounded by meadows, tree groves, chestnut, pine and oak trees and wildlife represented by stags, wild boar and roe deer, the edifice establishes a recognized link with the traditional architecture and vernacular customs. Stone, tile, wood have been used in its construction.

This Architectural Estate is situated on 180ft of bluff frontage overlooking Malibu's widest premiere dry sand beach. Gaze upon breathtaking ocean, island and sunset views while gray whales hug the shore as they migrate around one of the West Coast's great points.
