Takoradi, the Western Region capital in Ghana. This shot is from the southern end of the central business district, looking up Independence Ave towards the markets in the centre of town. The large modern building on the right of the shot is the Takoradi branch of the Bank Of Ghana.
Continuing the series My Beautiful Ghana, Episode 4 features sights from the Kwahu Ride (Nkwakwa) and shots of paragliding which takes place annually during the Kwahu Easter celebrations. Also there are shots from Bojo Beach, Axim Hotel and Coconut Grove Beach Resort in Elmina.
